A low pressure system over the Mediterranean is sending even more humid air masses to South Tyrol.
It will be mainly cloudy at first, but the clouds will clear up a little as the day progresses. In Val Pusteria/Pustertal, a strong easterly wind will continue to blow in places.
The Alps come under the influence of a strong high.
Morning residual clouds and patches of fog, such as in the upper Puster Valley, disperse and the sun will shine hroughout the region, often with no clouds at all.

On Saturday, the sun will shine from early to late and it will temporarily be much milder in the mountains. There will be no significant change on Sunday, it will remain very sunny and in the northern valleys it will be foehn-like. Monday will continue to bring unclouded sunshine. The sunny weather will continue on Tuesday, with a northerly wind starting to cool things down in the mountains. Merry Christmas!
